On April 14, 2009, only drivers with TWIC cards will be allowed into Port of Houston container terminals.
There are no exceptions and no provisions for escorts. No worries because Excargo has a fleet of TWIC drivers to handle your loads!! We will also be willing to turn in loads for non TWIC drivers for a service fee. Just call us!
